don't get a Philiips One blade, I've got the top of the range one and its a garbage. The blades cost £12 and I can never get it to cut anywhere as near as close as the dial states.

it's good at getting a close trim but the blade/heads only last me a month or so before they start to go blunt and it then takes quite a few passes over the area to get a decent trim/cut.

I’ve been using mine for months with the original blade for goatee cleanup and body hair. Replace when it starts to tug instead of cut. Four months is very doable.

I tried to use the one blade intimate with the 3mm body comb for some « sensible» areas ,,,well did not worked ,,, i mean with the comb it is not cutting (nothing. ,,)

This time I tried using just water, and it was a complete failure. The blade kept sticking to my skin and when it did slide across, it struggled to cut the hair.

The Philips oneblade has been a saving grace for me and provides close, comfortable, irritation free shaves for honestly the first time in my life.

I've been using a Phillips One for a couple of years and it's no more than 'ok' but I've got VERY bristley, rough, thick hair so YMMV

I’ve recently purchased the excellent Phillips OneBlade for this very purpose. The cheaper models have NiCad batteries compared to the much better (expensive) Lithium-Ion models. The latter keeps its charge far longer.

I had the OneBlade Pro and found it to be a weak trimmer. It might work well for anyone with a short beard, or someone who doesn't like using a razer i guess.

I really dont rate mine. Goes blunt really fast and only works on a 2 day stubble max.

It's not bad but does need a few passes to get all the hairs. Without the guard it's good and can cut long hairs without pulling.

I picked up one of these recently and also suffer from very sensitive skin. This works perfect and there is no skin irritation at all

I fired up the oneblade and started attaching my stubble. It did nothing. The trimmer did a terrible job on my sideburns. It felt as though it wasn’t cutting with any precision which is necessary for trimming sideburns. I tried wet dry and with foam and a shave oil. All different methods yielded the same lackluster performance. I had a full days worth of stubble after “shaving” with this thing.

It's not great with the guard but quite good 'bare' for edging...Not really worth the money though IMO.

Not close enough, for me, compared to a blade, but a very useful device and one I'd recommend.

I've got the cheaper green handled one and it's brilliant. Easily the best I've used, mostly because of its simplicity.

Agreed a brilliant shaver. Helps keep my close shave throughout the week and trim the goatee too. Highly recommend it.

Comes with a travel case and selection of trimming tools. Could be good for 4mm or so. Blades last a good while too.

I like it. I use it wet with a shave soap and brush (what ever they are called) and it works well for me.

1 is perfect and can use it without to get a close, but not razor close, shave. Bladed last forever too.

Does a good job both trimming and cutting-in. Holds it charge well too.

Been using mine for a few months now great bit of kit

it gave a really close, even shave (though some parts I had to shave over more than once to get at some stubborn hairs) without the irritation I'd normally get from using the Mach, and thankfully not a cut in sight! Without a doubt if your skin is sensitive to shaving then, like yourself, I can highly recommend it.
