Garmin Venu 3

Based on 260 comments across 3 communities
TL;DR
Owners rave about battery life lasting a week or more and heart rate, SpO2, and GPS readings several found nearly matched hospital monitors, all backed by deep tracking and a free app. Sleep tracking is the recurring sore spot, with many finding it unreliable next to an Oura, Whoop, or a sleep study. The smart features feel limited compared to an Apple or Samsung watch, some hit dropped-call and missed-notification issues, and a few find the build too plasticky for the price.

67% of 260 verified owners recommend the Garmin Venu 3.

I was concerned about battery life, but I turned on AoD and never went back.

imho the software and the build quality are not worth the initial release price of 500€. Loved the fitness tracking and so but the software and build quality were a no go for me.

I like the Venu 3, because it is not that bulky looks „normal“ for everyday use. It also does everything I need as a casual athlete (cycling, running).

I’ve had the Garmin Venu 3 for about six months. It tracks a lot of cool things, none of which appear to relate to any of my symptoms or help predict a crash. Useful as a HR monitor for pacing though.

Garmin is best for accuracy (oneplus needs a full test for a correct answer) standard battery life (9 days) and auto detects and auto ends activities. The app is mature and useful.

Although I am sure all the stats are on the Garmin app, the UI is horrible. It just doesn't surface and display the data in a quick informative way like the Whoop app.

Just got the Garmin Venu 3 a few weeks ago and I am loving it so far. Battery life is two weeks and takes two hours to charge.

I retired my GTR 4 for a Garmin Venu 3 as I have a desire to use the tools they offer to analyze my data

Comparing Apple Watch nine versus Garmin Venu 3, which I both owned, my experience is that Apple Watch is really the more accurate device in terms of sleep tracking.

Heart rate and oxygen sensors are as accurate as my Garmin.

I get the same data on my Garmin Venu 3, which I've had for about 6 weeks and is easily the best smart watch I've had. Garmin's tech is crazy and the stats it's telling me is changing the way I exercise and sleep more than anything else has so far.

I switched last werk from Garmin Venu 3 to an apple watch really missed that one! (Even apple watch with smart alarm like autosleep is doing a better job..)

I had a Venu 3 that I sold. It looks pretty, but isn't a great fitness tracker compared to other models from Garmin; especially considering the price.

Battery life has been better than my Galaxy Watch and the health &n fitness tracking has been great so far.

I switched to a Garmin Venu 3 from AW this past summer and NEVER looked back!!

My Venu 3 is actually quitea accurate at sleep monitoring, but then again my sleep schedule is fixed daily 23:00-07:00. Regular but off course it’s impossible to make it spot-on.

I'm currently having an Oura ring and a new Garmin Venu 3 at night in parallel and the difference is big, with Oura looking much more realistic

Yeah, I have the Garmin Venu 3 and it doesn’t have the daily suggested workout feature either. I wish I had gotten a Forerunner looking back

Switched from an Apple Watch to a Garmin Venu 3, couldn’t be happier.

The Fitbit and Venu would register between 500-1000 steps before I even got out of bed and a lot even washing dishes while the Amazfit shows about 70 steps before getting out of bed.

I've owned a Garmin Venu and just got a Garmin Venu 3. Bother purchases have been rooted almost entirely in regards to fitness, but I do prefer to receive notifications through my watch

Last couple of 'speed repeat' runs have been frustrating when heart rate shows 150 (too low) and then after 30 seconds of recovery is suddenly showing 160+... Then will drop to 120. I'm using the Garmin venu 3 for reference.

Garmin Venu 3 even has this as a meditation
