“I have one.. if you are getting brown stuff out thats good even if its a little wet. Be prepared to have to tweak it over the next month as it continues to break in.”
“I usually find having them run wet is perfect, leave it there for a week and then don't be surprised if you find the bubble level drop way down into the body of the skimmer, that's when I feel like they're broke in, run the bubble neck right at the base of the cup neck and get ready to collect the nastiest black tar tank goop you've ever seen.”
