Mine does it too. But if I put a shim under the red safety so it pushes it in farther it fires.

I like my Milwaukee 18 gauge but it’s substantially heavier than air nailers.

That 18 Gauge Gen II nailer is the bees knees. Have it and LOVE. Pretty lightweight. Goes all day on a CP2.0, plenty of depth adjustment, shoots like butter into hard and soft woods.

This deal might actually convert me from my $20 Central Pneumatics brad nailer I bought 10 years ago... Not having to lug a compressor around is really nice.

Had the same problem with mine - I tried different batteries, different nail sizes, tap to shoot mode, etc and couldn't get it to work. I sent it in for warranty repair and it came back as "works as intended/ no trouble found", and magically worked with the same nails and battery that didn't work before.

I had to send mine in for warranty replacement twice

It's perfectly usable. It's cheap enough to be affordable, and llight enough to not wear you out.

Well worth the money!!! I used it today to set some jamb extensions for the 18g cordless nailer!!

I love mine, but I feel like I got a better deal in November. Either way it's worth the money.

I got one for my birthday because the 23 Guage M12 just wasn't cutting it. I love this thing.

On the job site, the nailer performed flawlessly with no jammed or misfired nails

it really can do anything that a traditional pneumatic nail gun can do
