Inkbird ISV-100W

Based on 8 comments across 3 communities
TL;DR
The Inkbird ISV-100W is a budget sous vide circulator that punches above its price, running impressively quiet and holding temperature accurately enough to rival pricier models. Most owners are happy with its cooking results and phone control, though some run into clunky app and control-panel behavior or occasional reliability hiccups. It's a solid starting point for home cooks, but its power and build feel like a budget unit rather than a premium one.

50% of 8 verified owners recommend the Inkbird ISV-100W.

Lately, I have had some issues with the unit turning on and then turning off after a few seconds or sometimes minutes.

However, during a longer cook, I noticed that it didn’t maintain the most accurate temperature in the last few hours, which could be a minor issue if you’re particular about precision.

I have the INKBIRD wifi ISV-100W. It’s been working great. It’s $62 on Amazon right now after a 30% coupon. I figured I’d try something not so expensive to get started with sous vide cooking. The app is really easy to use too!

The one you chose is underpowered, noisy and prone to failure. But it is a starting point.

It’s quieter than my kitchen refrigerator and held its temperature more accurately than some models twice its price.

The biggest issue with the Inkbird, and the only reason we hesitate to recommend it, is how un-intuitive the control panel on the Inkbird circulator is.

Just “slapped” the top of the machine and it corrected itself. Hahaha.

I have the inkbird one and think it works great and I like that I can use my phone to control it.

Please put some more effort into your app - the tech itself is so solid for the price, it's really frustrating that it's let down as much as it is with the app. It should not be as opaque as it is to start/stop/reset/extend/delay etc a program and know that what you did had the effect you expected, and the cook time should not start the instant it hits temp

This Inkbird Sous Vide Immersion Circulator operates powerfully, precisely but also quietly.

I have the Inkbird 100 from 1 year ago, and I'm happy with it ( home use ) . The Anova Nano has less power, 750W vs 1000W , and the Anova classic is expensive. Inkbird 200 is same as 100, with, I think, weaker more plastic structure . New app " inkbird pro " that cames with the 200 works flawlessly with the 100.

This machine is quiet . Almost eerily so.

I did end up buying the isv 100. I am kind of sad that i had to pay 19% taxes but it is what it is. I ve used it a couple of times and im happy with it. I used it at 94 celsius and as low as 52 celsius. I like it a lot. It doesnt feel cheap and it is easy to clean. I have a little flow on top of the screen, the plastic seems kinda loose but its ok. 9.5/10, i
