I don't recommend truthear hexa. From personal experience it's too cold and clear for me. I personally like more warm and more bass like the truthear zero reds.

I bought a pair of these to complement my S12, and it's phenomenal. The Hexa feel so effortless in their presentation.

Have them. They didn’t blow me away. And then I realized that’s the point. They also never disappoint with too much anything. Neutral with just a little added “spice”.

I like Hexa. Safe tuning, cohesive, and smooth. Good for long listening. But bass should be better, since it has dedicated DD drivers for bass.

the Hexa is perhaps the *finest* sound reproduction device of any kind ever produced for under $100. I can not fault them in any way. They are 10/10 in my books. Flawless, punchy, detailed, beautifully musical presentation.

Truthear Hexa- I understand why people like them, but everything about them is boring, even the look.

Truthear Hexa. BOOOORING. Love how subjective all this is but to my ears it was so dull.

Truthear HEXA - they're decent, don't get me wrong, I just don't think they deserve the reputation they have. They're too harsh and artificial-sounding, while their low-end sounds kinda soft. I only like them for indies and similar "relaxing" genres.

I bought these by mistake. I am pleasantly surprised.

Truthear hexa, it's just too congested, spiky treble and depthless separation

In my perceiveness I'd say sometimes I really think the hexa has too much base

I’ve been using the Hexa for the last 3 days now and I was too pleasantly shocked by just how great they sound. I EQ’d down some of the treble and gain region just a hair and now it’s a damn near perfect out and about set for me.

The only IEMs I’ve heard that are better than the Hexa: B2 Dusk, S8, Variations, Monarch (1 and 2), Andro 2020. But I’ve owned close to 50 IEMs over the last decade. The price/performance here is totally S tier.

I’ve only listened to them a little bit so far, but don’t think they’re going to be a favorite for me unless I really change my thinking after listening to them more.

Truthear hexa.  Looks cheap, feels cheap,  sounds cheap.

Love this IEM. It has an overall natural presentation, with good treble extension. Beautiful aesthetically, rather comfortable; the matte black with smoked shells is a combo that really appeals to me.

They sounded lifeless and cold to my ears.

They are nice but lack a lot of things for my personal enjoyment (cable and fit were bad for me, sound is detailed yes but lacks everything else for my enjoyment).

Compared to my sub $30 IEMs these sound so much better out of the box! I am looking forward to tweaking these a bit. I love jazz and these are almost as good as some of my $$$ headphones.

I have the Truthear Hexa's. Don't use them for gaming, but they sound amazing, just needed to get used to them a bit. (Also took out some of the very high frequencies cause my ear was getting fatigued).

Same problem here: imbalance with the right side being much lower than the left side. And it's my second unit with the exact same problem. I loved the IEMs but I think I am going to ask for a refund this time.

And above all, the sound has way too much treble, and it's not a natural treble. There's a plasticky timbre that stands out, and a lot of sibilance.

YouTube▲ recommend

Rare IEM that was worth the hype upon release that has gotten better with age.

I prefer the build of the Hexa. The Pure is chunkier and I find the Hexa fits me better overall, even though it has a more cumbersome nozzle.
