KZ EDX Pro

Scored on 121 verified owner verdicts, from 882 comments read across 4 communities
TL;DR
A remarkable-value budget IEM with punchy bass and surprising clarity for the money, though the V-shaped tuning brings sharp, harsh treble and the cable is prone to oxidizing green over time.

57% of 121 verified owners recommend the KZ EDX Pro, based on real owner verdicts aggregated from Reddit, enthusiast forums, and YouTube.

KZ EDX Pro never sounded good in the first place. Very V-shaped sound which bleeds all over the mids. The bass is although pretty satisfying. The treble is sharp and mids are practically non-existent.

They pop out of my ear all the time, the factory cable is really stiff, but if i don't use the over the ear hook they stay in my ear

I just got these EDX pros today. Have yet to figure out how to put them on correctly , but are a handy couple of pieces of kit.

Insane audio quality for 5 bucks.

For gaming dont get the kz edx pro...the mid bass is bloated...Get the tangzu wan'er or the 7HZ salnotes for good details and soundstage.

I have been using kz edx pro for a while and they recently broke and I am looking for something better. I know that the bass in kz edx pro is not the best and I'm like it this way.

Reddit▼ don’t recommend

I was using kz edx pro and their plastic quality was way better. Also I broke right side wire of edx pros as I used to sleep with them. Right side only work if I keep it at some angle.

KZ EDX Pro Não é caro e a qualidade do som é muito boa, bem definida, claro, com subgrave! Comprei um e fiquei surpreso com a qualidade!

the kz edx pro mic is decent, it picks up the sound if youre loud enough (speaking at a normal tone) but is most clear when you pick it up and bring it slightly higher towards your mouth.

The only IEM I have under 2k are the KZ Edx pro They're a solid entry level, overall sound quality is pretty decent, I use it for vocals and guitar and it meets the needs. You get what you pay for.

Reddit▲ recommend

Buy the kz edx pro / kz edc pro iems , they are formed durable than this one. This one won't last for two three years the cables will tear. Telling from experience.

Eu tenho um KZ EDX Pro mas não gostei muito, o som é muito agudo em determinados momentos e as vezes parece um som "sujo". Só consigo utilizar depois de por uma equalização.

My first was the kz edx pro (now I have kz castor). I EQed them using wavelet and it made them sound way better, so I would recommend to try eq if you get them.

I had a similar experience with cheap KZ EDX PRO, when I first plugged them in I thought this are not properly tuned, the highs were too high and bass non existent.
