The GX2 is a series, not one rod. How long is the warranty, and what does it cover?

Ugly Stik warrants its rods to the original purchaser against defects in materials or workmanship from the date of purchase, bought alone or as part of a combo, while a reel inside a combo gets one year. Normal wear and tear is excluded, as are accidents, abuse, alteration, modification, misuse and improper care. Ugly Stik does not repair rods or sell parts for them; a valid claim is replaced, with photos, a dated receipt and a processing fee.

They are Ugly Stik's names for how the blank is built.
