Strong value with excellent pet-hair pickup and obstacle avoidance for most, but a notable share cite weak hard-floor vacuuming, getting stuck or lost, plus app/firmware glitches and cracking water tanks.

Most owners say it cleans and mops their floors beautifully and call it worth the high price, with very little day-to-day upkeep. The recurring gripes are obstacle avoidance that still tangles on cords and cables, units that get stuck or break down (mop/arm jams, LIDAR errors, flooding docks), and hot-water mopping that never reaches the advertised temperature. A fair number also find the mopping itself underwhelming, leaving streaks or dirt behind.
