Most common complaints

In owners' own words

the fact they arent good for calls is killing me
@jamesshepherd1860 on YouTube
No one can hear me during a call. Your mic sounds a thousand times better than the call quality I'm experiencing.
@trevorchichester8550 on YouTube
Just got them. Sending them back.
@CMAL5652 on YouTube
paying $300 for it is insane for what has to be like 15 dollars of materials
@28millerr on YouTube
Worse headphones you could buy.
@Guyfrosst on YouTube
I've got bigger ears and cant get enough reach without causing pain (ear ridge) after a few minutes.
@fairfieldgoodearthworks-da6181 on YouTube
Very buggy… connection drops in the middle of listening… sometimes just one ear bud connects the other one doesn’t. Way too buggy for this price range.
@JeTiFe on YouTube
after 2 weeks, they stopped charging. I'm not sure what happened. I returned them.
@traceyroselle6623 on YouTube
I bought today and sending them straight back. The fit on these are ridiculous
@frozengamer3030 on YouTube
I bought a pair of these last week. I returned them this week. Too many people telling me they couldn’t hear me or that I sounded like I was in the bathroom, or too far away.
@Passport-Bro on YouTube
Absolute trash. The were fucking amazing for running for about a month. Best headphones I ever had by far. I told so many people to buy them…. Then they stopped connecting. To anything.

Honestly the media controls aren’t very intuitive, if you don’t “double press & hold” to adjust volume. If I wasn’t reviewing them I’d never drop $300 bones on open ear buds.

I have the same issue with my Bose Ultra Open earbuds. It is just the left one and only while I am walking.
