I bought the V4 Pro and used it for the last two weeks. I came to the conclusion that shape is more important, and the Viper is just not for me when it comes to FPS games.

Logitech is still king. This "changes everything" advertisement disguised as a product review didn't convince me otherwise.

I've had the V3 pro for about a year and it's been absolutely flawless

You're an absolute donut if you pay 200+ euro for a mouse.

I freakin love it. Altough the scroll wheel started to feel bad recently.

It's too bad that Razer mice break in less than a year for like 98% of customers.

No point in buying a mouse that doesn't have rapid trigger atp.

The Viper V4 does use Razer Synapse Web. Which is a massive W.

THANK GOD this update isn’t good, I legit got the viper v3 pro se like a month ago so and the clicks are some of the BEST I’ve ever heard and felt

Was hoping for same shape as the v2 pro

YouTube▼ don’t recommend

The click on v4 pro are too loud imo. I love the silence with haptic feedback on the superstrike tech

YouTube▲ recommend

a mouse even slightly better than the already goated V3 Pro will definitely be chart toping neverless.

Common problems & things to know

Practical notes owners raise — setup, quirks, and issues to watch for. They don't say whether the person likes the product, so they're not counted in the score, but they inform the pros, cons, and who it's for.

r/MouseReviewⓘ good to know

My VV4Pro creaks on the right side when my hand relaxes and adds a little weight. I can trigger it to creak if I squeeze the shell in the center or front, too. Pretty lame

r/MouseReviewⓘ good to know

I own both viper v4 pro and superstrike. I didnt notice any difference in terms of click performance except the click feeling on superstrike is quite nice.

r/MouseReviewⓘ good to know

I can confirm the jitter thing but it also occurs at 4000hz, 2000hz, and rarely, at 1000hz. I wouldn't be surprised if it's due to how frame sync shows up when polled. I don't notice it when gaming though at all

Razer Insiderⓘ good to know

The LOD feels high for me on Viper V4 Pro when using low LOD settings, especially in comparison to Viper V3 Pro.

r/MouseReviewⓘ good to know

The sound doesn’t annoy me at all, I wear IEMs all the time and I can barely hear my mouse clicks ngl

r/MouseReviewⓘ good to know

I use closed back and I still hear it It's a tad annoying but not too big of a deal
