I’ve been using mine for about a year and I don’t have that issue yet, but my basket stays sticky even after soaking and cleaning it.. It doesn’t feel clean but I can’t do more than what I’m already doing.

i put my basket and such in the dishwasher, more than a few times. i haven't in a long time since i saw what it did, but that was a good "oops" on my part

i bought it, but returned it shortly there after as the basket wasnt big enough for whole chickens over 4 lbs/large roasts, etc.. It worked fine though

describing personal family experience with a Philips XXL model that accumulated baked-on grease and produced dehydrated food

it appears they changed the metal oil collector to a plastic one (polyamide). Quite disappointing, frankly

Mine started to make noises these days. Its fan seems to close end of life after less than two years.

It drives me insane that this airfryer is so damn difficult to clean up after each usage
Special-Ad7331 on r/airfryer
if I set it to 400 degrees it takes 10-15 minutes to reach 370ish and never goes higher.

I have this one and hardly use it anymore. Too many parts to clean and it emits smoke like crazy. Gotta admit though, made great chicken wings in it. It's not as big as you think, I think my friends Cosori has a slightly larger cooking area and his doesn't produce that much smoke.

Just got this to replace an old ninja and I would not recommend it, unless you absolutely need a bigger capacity. This is much harder to wash. With the Ninja there are 2 pieces to clean. But with this thing you gotta clean 4 separate pieces. Also this gets to temperature slower than Ninja.

Yep same here, stays sticky even after multiple times cleaning

ours is just a metal net, food sticks a lot, etc.
