I just found out my 530 gal per hour sicce voyager Nano powerhead stopped working. Less flow and a lot of light (which I fixed and plus doing a 3 day blackout) caused the problem.

AC you say... sorry NOPE, it's 2023.....

My sicce voyagers quit because the wave surfer failed. Definately thinking of looking into tunze or the vortechs now.

Does yours have a humming sound? Seems a little loud.

I recently added 2-sicce voyager 3's in my tank, I have a cracking sound which I believe is from air going through the pumps. It echoes in our living room and makes it sound like our speakers are crackling.

once in awhile you here it click when it comes on. Plus I have a cracking sound I hear echo in the room from them.

A DC controllable pump like a Jebao SOW is a lot better than a fixed one like that sicce you have in there though
squidarcher on Reddit
slowly vibrating the back plate loose and sliding off the grey mount attached too

They’re a Sicce Voyager 10, ridiculous power, I can’t have the two on at the same time because it becomes a tsunami… they push 15,000L/H (4000 GPH)

I also picked up a "SICCE Voyager Nano 1000 Stream Pump" - it's a \*little\* strong for a 20, but on a 30 might be perfect for flow, if you go for no filter at all.

Replaced 3 sicce voyager nano, much less noticeable in the tank too.

upgraded from a pair of basic sicce voyagers after a tank move. It’s nice. Quiet as a whisper and almost no equipment in the tank itself, making it look great. I’m pretty sure it won’t jam anywhere near as often as the old ones due to technology.

I'm running a Sicce Voyager 2000 in my 40-gallon sump just for extra flow - so I'd wager you'd probably want two of these (one in each corner or side) for a 40-gallon.
