Common problems & things to know

Practical notes owners raise — setup, quirks, and issues to watch for. They don't say whether the person likes the product, so they're not counted in the score, but they inform the pros, cons, and who it's for.

What did you do just call? I found some post where a guy said he was out of warranty but they still helped...I don't feel like dropping that $$ again

Redditⓘ good to know

Yeah that's why I leaned towards the Philips, because it's had better reviews overall than the Oral-B I was looking at

Sterilization cycle?! Ooo, fancy! None of them that I've had have that.

Sonicare toothbrushes are notoriously easy to break. Often it happens also when you drop or hit them the wrong way. It's an integrated toothbrush, you can't open and fix it without destroying it. In Europe, you have a 2 year warranty on these and Phillips extends it to 3 years if you register the product.
