“I already had the newer Baton 4. I had no idea about the proprietary battery with the negative positive in the head of the battery. I’m ok with that but originally wanted to possibly use 123 batteries at least as a quick backup. Oh well live and learn. On a side note the S1R Baton II is by far a better light. It has less Lumens but is a lot brighter for some”

“The little Olight Baton4 can light up a football field practically, you definitely couldn't do that with a phone light. It also has a magnetic back on it so you can stick it to things. Used mine last week to help a woman change her flat tire. The magnetic back stuck to the inner wheel well and worked nicely as hands free light on a dark road.”
