YETI Rambler 30 oz Tumbler

Based on 49 comments across 4 communities
TL;DR
Owners overwhelmingly praise the 30 oz Rambler for its insulation, with many reporting ice lasting all day and coffee staying hot for hours, plus a build that survives years of heavy use. The main gripes are that the MagSlider lid resists drips but is not fully leakproof, and that it costs more than alternatives some feel work nearly as well.

Same. Damn. Thing. Except for branding logo.

It keeps water so cold, and ice doesn’t melt; waking up at 3am to pee for the thousandth time, and my water still being ice cold, is amazing.

In fact, I bet if you go buy a new version of the exact same Yeti tumbler you're using and look inside both, your current one will be noticeably brown-er than the new one.

It is easy to throw in my bag and not worry about it leaking, something I wouldn't do with the yeti..

My wife loves [Yeti tumblers](https://www.yeti.com/en_US/drinkware/rambler-30-oz-tumbler/21070070024.html#pos=7), not because the tumblers are any better than other brands, but because the magslider Yeti lids are better. Magsliders don’t leak and are easy to open and close one-handed.

Only point is its not worth the extra cost, the cheap ones I have work just as good as the high price

I use my 30 oz Yeti Rambler all day every day. If my house was burning down, I’d probably grab it on my way out the door I love it so much.

I have the 30 oz Rambler Tumbler and really like it, but my one complaint is that it is a pretty heavy cup when it is full of ice and liquid. I think the 20 oz would be more practical.

I’m not a fan of the 30 oz ramblers

while it does an amazing job at keeping drinks cold, I have not been brave enough to try hot drinks in it because mine is the older version that didn't have the slider for the opening. But even the updated version is definitely not leak proof

the 20 oz and 30 oz tumblers fit in car holders. Not leakproof, but if you’re careful, you wont spill. Coffee for me has stayed piping hot (put it in at 6 am) for several hours

Can't do this. Anything I drink out of must be able to go in a dishwasher on the bottom rack.

Yeti Rambler 30oz tumbler fits perfectly. The wide top fits under the lip where the seat warmer button sits. Unfortunately doesn't keep water as cold as a sealed bottle but I think the tradeoff is worth it.

Yeti Rambler still keeps ice for a very long time and is much easier to drink from. It's easier to clean and fits in my cup holders.

**YETI Rambler 30 oz stainless steel vacuum insulated tumbler** \- the #1 reason is it keeps cold liquids cold, and hot liquids hot, for a decent amount of time. So I can put ice water in it, or hot coffee or soup. It easily fits in my cupholders in my vehicles. It's very aethetically pleasing and I love the teal color. It's also the best tumbler that I'

Have washed my 30oz rambler three times, once on sanitize, and after the water sits for about 6 hours, it starts to taste bad.

a friend recently bought me a 30oz Yeti Rambler and I take that thing everywhere. Sure, I had water bottles and coffee tumblers before, but the Yeti was just a step up from the Amazon stuff I've bought myself in the past, locks securely, has a nice weight to it...I take it everywhere now. Probably one of the best $40 someone has spent on me in a while.

The “Mag Slider” lid isn’t as magical as it sounds, but it works fairly well to stop anything more than occasional drips.

If you like a hot coffee in the morning but never finish it before it gets cold, use one of these and you'll never have that issue again. I get to the office at 7 am and fill my Yeti up and even if I take a sip after lunch the coffee is still hot. No kidding.

Keeps drink cold ALL DAY. its witchcraft! (And Keeps Ice for most of day as well. Ice stays longer in carbonated drinks, tho)

I use a yeti rambler 30oz tumbler. $40 but it really works well, I had the same ice from lunch the next morning

The have the 30 oz tumbler that keeps coffee hot for hours and you can drink right from it.

I got one 2 weeks ago for a wedding gift and I've used it every single day since. I'm a big coffee drinker. Literally, it keeps stuff hot for >4 hours and I still have warm coffee at 2 pm (after filling up at 8 am).

I fill it with water and ice, and after it sits in my car for 10 hours in 90 degree heat, it still has ice after I get off work.
