In owners' own words

Have Green pans that became less and less nonstick the longer I used them.

Just returned my Green pan valencia set because it was always sticking after just a few months.

I would add the GreenPan Valencia Pro to the never buy column -- it's the worst nonstick pan I've ever had.
@GrantlandDrutchas on YouTube
the oil completely destroyed the non-stick ability of the bottom of the pan and it turned into what is by far the stickiest surface ive ever cooked with
@mrspuffispeng on YouTube
Greenspan also performed poorly in terms of temperature variation. The non-stick however is good but it does not last! Mine lasted for 7 months.
@just1ed on YouTube
Had a Green Pan that lost its magic very quickly. Was disappointed.
@mattf5207 on YouTube
the issue is the non-stick degrades, especially after a year of use
@BrianDuguayFDNP on YouTube
Sorry, they are not non-stick.
@aracelimar2658 on YouTube
GreenPan is not non-stick after a few months of use. I used the 8-inch pan several times a week and now it will be thrown out
@slimkadiddlehopperiii6355 on YouTube
I purchased GreemPans too and they were pure garbage. Everything stuck
@101hamilton on YouTube
They're awful and made in China
@eveavellino9730 on YouTube
I now have to throw it away.

Setup quirks & things to watch for

Not complaints — practical notes from owners that didn't affect the score.

Indeed, that is my general assumption. That since the 11" isn't in their collection kits people mostly overlook it as a single purchase and so they're dumping stock to discontinue.

Hah! Now I'm super curious. I forgot to mention that I've only had these since Nov 2023,so they are relatively new pans as well. Probably the answer is just to not use ceramic...

I believe the 8/10/12 inch with the lighter colored interior are the newer pans? Hard anodized and the ones reviewed by ATK, complete with how to cook truly nonstick with them.

I was having the same problem. Turns out they're not induction compatible!
