In owners' own words

“I've never understood the hype for the leap v2 either. It's just ok. I'm 5.9 which should be ideal height and still don't find it comfortable for long periods of time.”
— Fwiler on Reddit
“That's the problem for me, you gotta spend another $150+ for the cushion just to make it bearable. If the chair requires modification then it's not a good chair.”
— Dos-Commas on Reddit
“I hate mine too. When I adjust to seat debt for my height there is a large gap between the seat and the back so my ass is like halfway of the chair. Also the seat is super firm and feels like I’m sitting on metal”
— Admirable_Wrap_9444 on Reddit
“I hate my leap. I actively avoid sitting at the desk now, despite adjusting it according to their instructions. Thing absolutely kills my ass.”
— Legionnaire1856 on Reddit
“Brother I wanted to get this chair some years ago, but found it was too small for me at 6’6” (seat depth primarily as my legs are long)”
— pitofthepeach on Reddit
“I’ve tested over 20 different high end ergo chair models in my home, I mean like really tested them. Rotating bi weekly to find the chair I need. The leap v2 is the only chair that gives me lower back pain almost immediately.”
— iliketoowalk on Reddit
“I sat in ome and hated it as well. Problem is all the social media and marketing hype that overrides the reality of the seat itself.”
— gtd_rad on Reddit
“Couldn't agree more, it's a tailbone crusher for me. Tried a million adjustments but my body and this chair just don't get along.”
— VaxSystem on Reddit
“i got one some months ago and i agree that it is overrated. no top tier chair could have this thin seat and weird recline.”
— nothejuno on Reddit
“Am i the only one having issues with tailbone pain after sitting 1 hour with all right settings adjusted?”
— ssakela on Reddit
“One thing I don’t like about my Leap (and my Gesture is the same way) is that even with the back fully upright, it still leans back a little even when locked so there’s not enough high back/shoulder support. It’s like there’s too much play in the recline mechanism.”
— svt66 on Reddit
“All the leap v2s I have in my work office doesn’t incline back in a way that supports me/pushes me back up when I stop reclining. So it’s very annoying and idk if I can fix it”
— tdrip25 on Reddit
