Sadly mine is not working. I was trying to find a trouble shooting video.

Biggest piece of CRAP ever. Cannot connect and once it does it says it needs to UPDATE.

my joule keeps “disconnecting” and the circulator turns off

so I would not purchase and its just another app

I have owned several, love the app but they all stop working after about a year so I get a new one. I think it may be my hard water? It keep stopping and say it stuck, I take it apart, same thing.

That breville was a huge disappointment for me. Doesn’t meet the quality standards like their other products do. Bought one for my mom and it’s been replaced 2 times bc it randomly shuts off and doesn’t hold accurate temps.

My Joule turbo arrived today. I immediately started playing with it and quickly discovered there are very few turbo recipes.

Now chefsteps has made it totally useless with the app update, forcing you to sign in and give your location to use it.

I won’t buy another Joule. Constantly fighting WiFi issues. Moving forward, I’m happy to have a circulator with WiFi, but only if it also has local temperature control, i.e., on the device itself. I cannot and will not recommend Joule at this time anymore.
