“I don't own the buds 3, but I own buds 2 pro and buds 4 pro. Both have a setting to enable anc to work on only one headphone, I'm fairly certain that same option exists for the 3 as well. But yes, it was a specific option that needed to be toggled otherwise it did not work.”
