“Stainless steel cookware set (Cuisinart MultiClad Pro is great)”
“I'd say Lagostina is better in terms of quality than Cuisinart's MCP as it has 18/10 steel, but I don't really like the pieces”
“Buy a set of Cuisinart Multiclad Pro - the 7 piece set is enough, and has done well by me. Heats pretty fast and evenly, extremely durable”
“Cuisinart Multiclad Pro is a little bit cheaper and pretty good, but it's not quite as high quality as the Tramontina.”
“I've had their 12 piece set for over 4 years, and I warped the saute pan”
“the Tramontina Tri-Ply, Cuisinart MultiClad Pro, and Cuisinart Professional Series are all solid choices”
“Cuisinart multiclad pro set for about 200$ is a great full stainless cookware set.”
“The beveling is sharp where the pot meets the lid.”
“I’ve been immensely happy with my Cuisinart MultiClad Pro set.”
“Return it. Cusinart has a horrible customer service / warranty department.”
“Honorable mention for the Cuisinart Multiclad Pro lineup of pans, also good quality for the price”
“Aside from the calphalon, these are all pretty trash.”
“Cuisinart Multiclad is good stuff and good value.”
“offers good durability and performance at a more affordable price”
“Yeah, it rocks.”
“I found the Cuisinart to be harder to clean.”
“My best advice is be very careful about how much heat you use, and especially how quickly you change the temperature, because mine warped if you even looked at them wrong.”
“I have had my 12 piece for a month (price matched at Best Buy), and I love it.”
“the price to quality really can’t be beat. Really high quality set. My only gripe is that the outside of the pans just don’t come clean and are stained.”
“I have a 12piece cuisinart $99 set on sale 5 years ago. Shines to this day. Durable and washes well in the Dishwasher.”
“I've really enjoyed my set, but have noticed that the bottoms end up curving a bit if I'm cooking something at medium-high heat (induction).”

“Enamelled cast iron may chip over time, revealing the raw iron base, but this is avoidable with care and by purchasing high-quality cookware. I suggest having a look for the Cuisinart MultiClad Pro series, which are stainless-clad aluminium core.”
“Not sure which Emeril All-Clad series you have, but the newer [PRO CLAD](http://www.amazon.com/Emeril-All-Clad-E914SC64-Stainless-Dishwasher/dp/B001GD2YRW/) set should also work on induction. Both are right around 200 bucks and are full 12 piece sets; pretty sure you can get the smaller sets for less.”

“All-Clad and Demeyere both make really nice high quality pans toward the top of the reasonable range (without getting into heavy copper core), and both Cuisinart and Tramontina (Brazil manufacture, not China) have specific lines that punche above its weight,…”
“Some of this disc bottomed cookware has also used lower quality construction, leading to poor longevity. This has, to some extent, given disc bottomed cookware a poor name and, especially in the US, fully clad cookware is often more frequently reviewed and praised.”

“Fully clad pans (like that specific Cuisinart, or AllClad - the gold standard) are quality thick stainless laminated over aluminum. They rarely (not never) warp, can't break (I guess the handles can?), they heat evenly maintain heat better which leads to safer cooking and better results.”
“If price is absolutely not a concern the best manufacturer for cookware in my experience has been Demeyere. The Industry line for upper mid pricing, and the Atlantis/Proline in the highest end. What sets these apart is their Silvinox finish that is a steel treatment kind of similar to anodized aluminum.”
“Tramontina 14pc (Explore their other sets if you prefer glass lids instead of metal lids for example) - [https://www.amazon.com/Tramontina-Cookware-Stainless-80116-045DS/dp/B08RLKXD1N/](https://www.amazon.com/Tramontina-Cookware-Stainless-80116-045DS/dp/B08RLKXD1N/) Cuisinart MCP 12pc - [https://www.amazon.com/Cuis…”
“I cleaned it, but then I decided against using it because I couldn't identify what it was. I recently decided to give the company another chance, and I ordered a multiclad pro saucepan.”
“Hopefully OP's household is already used to hand-washing the cookware, coming from nonstick :) I agree sets aren't the best for most people, there's usually one or two pieces that you'll rarely use and then the set isn't any more cost-effective than buying individual pieces.”
“The world of cookware is already super complex and misleading, there doesn’t need to be a pan that literally takes the worst of both worlds and fuses them into one abomination lol.”
“If you are okay buying a Chinese cook set than Cuisinart Stainless Steel will be more than okay Cuisinart 12 Piece Cookware Set, MultiClad Pro Triple Ply, Silver,…”
“I definitely agree with the idea of going à la carte rather than buying a set of whatever you buy, unless it is a small set at a great price. I see Viking stainless steel at my local TJ Maxx all the time.”
“I couldn’t afford any of the All Clad cookware, that was just too much for us to spend. We went Cuisinart Multiclad Pro Triple-ply Stainless Steel 12-piece Cookware Set, it runs about $300 for the full set.”
“If you handwash it's a non issue. 2) The Cuisinart has rounded edges whereas Tramontina is straight. This makes pouring easier. 3) The Cuisinart had a non-slip grip versus a rounded grip for their handles.”
“Thank you very much for engaging in the discussion! :) In regards to the biggest elephant, the sealed or non-sealed rims, you have indeed shown a pan with sealed rims, but there is no mention of sealed rims,…”
“We had some cheaper ones before this that were trash. https://www.bedbathandbeyond.com/store/product/cuisinart-reg-multiclad-pro-stainless-steel-12-piece-cookware-set/1013743843?keyword=cuisinart-pots-and-pans-set”
“I’m no expert in stainless steel cookware but I have learned a lot over the last month as I replaced all of my non stick pans with clad stainless steel pans. Mostly triple ply, because it’s cost effective and responsive.”
“Go to Ebay and look up "All-Clad" they make great stainless steel cookware and you can find some value buys on there. Also, consider Cuisinart Multiclad Pro, it is full-clad and you can buy a brand new set for only $300.”
“My best bet has honestly been waiting for Costco to change its stock to items I want and checking Homesense for the off time they get Cuisinart Multiclad Pro, All-Clad or Viking cookware. But that's like playing the lottery.”
“You can add in an 8" non-stick, and that would cost about $180 direct from their site, cheaper elsewhere probably.”
“However, given your budget, a set might a good way to start and then you can fill in gaps as you go.”
“Is cuisinart really worth it? Iv been eyeballing this set but I want something to last many years Cuisinart MCP-12N Multiclad Pro Stainless Steel 12-Piece Cookware Set https://www.amazon.com/dp/B009JXPS6U/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_api_glt_fabc_0XJ5NJAD9VC2F7CNT0GA?_encoding=UTF8&psc=1”
