but I'm in around a 3000 square foot house and the 3 pack of eero 7 pro has my house blanketed with wifi (may add an outdoor one over the summer).

Eero so far has the most reliable mesh but I'm also seeing very slow speeds. Wired improves it.

They messed up the new Eero by only given it two Ethernet ports.

Imagine paying 800 dollars for a router and then pay more to get basic "premium" features that other routers include for free.

our setup came with an Eero Pro 7 router/WiFi AP and that has been damned impressive. We have a 2 story, nearly 2700sf new construction house and while I do run Google Mesh WiFi off the Eero...that Eero reaches clear to the back fence in our back yard with plenty of bandwidth.

Running 7 pro with MLO on even though no wifi 7 clients. Speeds are much better overall for my 5 and especially 6e clients.

I decided to spend more on these vs the 6E and I regret it deeply.

I have decided to take this as a loss and a lesson and move on to a brand that that actually works!

It’s is a huge upgrade if you have the internet speed and devices with at least WiFi 6 or a Ethernet port that can handle the high speed

I traded for the 7 Pro and it was flawless for me. I do have 1 gig internet though so take your own speeds into consideration. That said, the Pro at half price is a great deal and you will not be sad you got the extra horsepower

This product is really hard to recommend.

Overall, I would highly recommend the Eero Pro 7 to anyone who wants to upgrade their home network to Wi-Fi 7.

Tom's Hardware Forum▼ don’t recommend

I don't like the fact that the only way to access the settings is through the eero app on my smartphone.

Apple's new N1 chip (and MacBook Air) kicks ass regardless, so do my two eero Pro 7s.

Not sure if the Pro 7 isnt flawed and I should return it for something else?

I’ve had new 7 pros for four months and still can’t get one installed.

I have the Max as a gateway and some pro 7 as nodes. It’s been great so far
