I ran this machine 1X with only one pass. I didn't use any solution. Just plain water. My floors are sooooo clean right now.

I just found the eufy didn't mop our tile floors thoroughly. We aren't slobs but we do get the occasional paw prints or water drops. Nothing drastic but the eufy failed for us.

It's not great on thick carpet as it leaves circles and weird tracks on the carpet

I have the Eufy X10 Pro Omni but there's loads out there with similar features. This one just fit my budget best. I have a couple issues with it but overall still happy.

I've had the Eufy X10 Pro Omni cleaning my house for the last 90 days, and this thing has changed my life. Haven't mopped or swept since! I highly recommend it.

Got the Eufy X10 Pro Omni, and I think I got a dud. It won't keep the history. It's always quitting in the middle of jobs. Customer support hasn't been helpful so far.

using it for four days, actually it’s not satisfying so much but it does good, it doesn’t reach edges at all 🤦🏻‍♀️ there is a huge space it left behind

Probably will keep eufy it does have an issue not getting to corners very good even with edge scrubbing on but it’s kind of better than the Dreame l10s even at mopping.

I have the X10 and it vacuums and mops my floors just fine every day during the week.

I recently bought the eufy x10 Pro Omni and I'm happy with it. The only thing I've noticed that it gets stuck with wires easier than I would have expected.

this thing is a beast. It solved all the gripes I had with my Ecovacs X1 Omni. Doesn't get stuck, period. It gets no hair tangles at all

Reddit▼ don’t recommend

I ran the Eufy for a total of 6 minutes before I packed it up to be returned, it was that much of a downgrade compared the the MaxV.

Really love the Eufy X10 Pro Omni. Had it for a month now and it does great.

my 300 Shark Matrix handles hair 100x better than my Eufy x10 pro omni.

I just bought the Eufy x10 Pro Omni and I think it would fit your criteria. It's not good with edges, but that's pretty much my only major complaint.

I got this vacuum at launch. It is awesome.

r/RobotVacuums▼ don’t recommend

It barely detected any of the carpets in my house and with the "smart ai" cleaning mode it is supposed to detect and raise the mop but it doesn't. It just keeps mopping my carpets.

Reddit— neutral

Eufy sometimes seems too careful say near the legs of a bed and leaves large spaces uncleared and at the same time keeps bumping at more things.

Reddit— neutral

Vaccuming doesn't seem as powerful as the S5 despite the alleged 4x difference in suction spec Obstacle avoidance is underwhelming - x10 bumps almost as much as the s5 and still got tangled Edge cleaning is worse than s5 App is more fiddly to set clean params

r/eufy▼ don’t recommend

It was working fine until yesterday when it started wetting the mops for no reason. It starts vacuuming, keeping the pads retracted, but the pads end up soaking wet after it's done.

Got mine a week ago a d I absolutely LOVE it! Does a great job and love the schedules.

I just bought Eufy X10 pro Omni. Happy with the performance. It’s a bit loud but it’s manageable.

r/RobotVacuums▼ don’t recommend

I didn't have much of an issue with performance but it was the navigation and getting stuck issue that stood out for me with this machine. I sent two back for the same reason.

YouTube▲ recommend

I've only used it once and right now I'm giddy with my purchase.

Common problems & things to know

Practical notes owners raise — setup, quirks, and issues to watch for. They don't say whether the person likes the product, so they're not counted in the score, but they inform the pros, cons, and who it's for.

r/RobotVacuumsⓘ good to know

I have the eufy c10 and x10 and Dreame x40 ultra. If price is not an option, my preference would be the x40 ultra as the only thing it isn’t doing for us is getting under low furniture.

r/Roborockⓘ good to know

My eufy X10 Pro Omni can estimate the water level. It assumes that every time you remove the clean water tank you will fill it to the max fill line.

r/RobotVacuumsⓘ good to know

I did notice the robot fails to pick up medium sized debris like cat treats.

r/eufyⓘ good to know

I have my own issues with the x10 but navigation isnt one of them.
