I just started using my mini more often lately an am having issues with there being dry ingredients not incorporated in. I calibrated the beater and still having issues.

What KitchenAid Professional 5 Plus KV25G0X owners say

I have the 5qt bowl lift model and I love it. The only downside is that it doesn't do well with very small batches of meringue; but meringue powder is pretty inexpensive so I just make a little more than I need.

No regrets.

Once I started baking bread I bought a bowl lift professional 5 plus. It is way tougher and works well, but heavy dough really taxes it and I have smelled burnt wiring a few times while kneading. I like the tilt head for medium duty work, but I don't think I would recommend a bowl lift to anyone.
