DJI Mini 4 Pro

Based on 278 comments across 2 communities
TL;DR
Owners rave about the camera and image quality, the wind resistance for such a small drone, and how beginner-friendly it is to fly. The recurring gripes are that the obstacle avoidance can't always be trusted and has led to close calls or crashes, the arms and body feel like thin, breakable plastic, and a few people see soft edges or washed-out photos.

68% of 278 verified owners recommend the DJI Mini 4 Pro.

The first day with my mini 4 pro I didnt realize that obstacle avoidance turned off with sport mode and flew my drone into a tree and it fell and was totaled.

Only issue I've had when it's windy is landing on my landing pad. Otherwise it's been fine if I just want to land anywhere. DJI Mini 4 Pro

The Mini 4 Pro is just too close to the Mini 3 Pro as far as photo & video quality.

The size and weight is a huge selling factor. Top notch specs, but more importantly to the casual user, the software to do amazing looking videos and photos.

I just started last summer with drone flying so this is an easy one to learn on. I just wish the camera had a lens aperture capability and allow for longer exposures.

the Mini 4 Pro is already super lightweight and flimsy

The Mini 4 Pro is likely the best choice if not, while DJI claim them to be equal from folks I have spoken to it is better in wind than the Flip

dji mini 4 pro. Loved the idea of a drone but everywhere I want to use it I cannot. I've actively used this for photography once in the Mojave desert where there were no restrictions. I also did have one paying gig doing architectural photography with the drone, so it's not a huge regret. But it mostly sits on my shelf unused.

That's why I got the mini4 pro with the side sensors

it was because my obstacle sensors were off for some reason on my new mini 4 pro (I let my little brother fly it for a few minutes and I guess he did something l) and I hit a tree.

Several days later a brand new fresh out of the box and charged dji mini 4 pro we bought to replace the now broken mini 3 pro and the same thing happened from a much greater distance.

I'm happy with the Mini 4 pro that it came with as part of the fly more combo but can't believe less than 4 hours of drone flight and controller usage, the RC2 controller crapped out.

I was just like you and got into drones via the mini 4 pro.

To swap between the Neo and the 4 you need to update the controller firmware every time. Not kidding. Ended up crazy frustrated with DJI support over this as it makes no sense

The Mini 4 Pro takes fantastic photos.

I got a DJI mini 4 Pro that features advance tracking. For trails with deep vegetation like this one can get a little difficult to track you since it keep losing the subject, But it works.

Contacted their support and after checking the serial number they told me it was a firmware issue and that I need to send it back for a replacement and there was no other way around it.

I am not getting the best results yet with Mini 4 Pro IMOO and my other drone a Dji Mini 2 SE has some different camera where the AI seems to do a better job when using the auto mode settings

It's a DJI Mini 4 Pro and I love it dearly. I've really put it through the wringer and it keeps coming out alive somehow.

Almost toasted my drone on the maiden flight. It was a bright green light (not strobe). I immediately zipped vertical to about 100 meters. But then the drone would not land, or descend.

o meu é um Mini 4 pro, , assim que comprei, ativei a bateria normalmente que veio com o drone, mas apos a primeira atualização de firmware, a mesma já nao funcionava mais

I would recommend DJI Mini 4 Pro. It takes 72MP 360 panos, as well as 180 panos that look amazing in Apple Vision Pro.

I really like the look of it, and have wondered why DJI doesn't make the Mini 4 pro a color that's more visable other than grey, as it's easy to loose in the clouds.
