Razer BlackShark V3 Pro

Based on 110 comments across 3 communities
TL;DR
Owners are genuinely divided on the BlackShark V3 Pro. Fans praise the all-day comfort, the excellent microphone, and handy extras like simultaneous Bluetooth and solid noise cancellation. The recurring catch is build durability, with many owners reporting plastic hinges and yokes cracking or ear cups snapping off within months, plus out-of-the-box sound that several feel needs EQ tuning and runs weaker on bass and sidetone than the older V2 Pro.

42% of 110 verified owners recommend the Razer BlackShark V3 Pro.

for a wireless gaming headset, the audio isn't half-bad for music. If I had to compare it to my XM5 and XM6 headsets, sound-wise there's honestly not a big difference.

S a mentinut suuuper bine. Sunt extrem de confortabile (am urechi mici) sunetul e bun.

I got this too is it is utter garbage. The game/chat balance toggle is on the right side which requires you to 1. remove your hand from your mouse

Reddit▼ don’t recommend

The volume wheel on the headset controls windows volume instead of hardware volume and it adjust the volume in very course 4 step increments.

my only minor complaint is that on the very rare occasion i want to use my speakers i have to disconnect the wireless dongle

One of the best headsets ive tested.

I returned it the next day because there was practically zero clamping force and the thing would just float off my head.

the default tuning has too much treble distortion, which can make some music and some in-game sound effects fatiguing.

the V3 has no whitenoise and is a pretty decent headset :) I love the chat/game mixer and the cheaper ear cushions seem to not get as wet while sweating as the v2 2023. Would recommend

went with Black shark V3 Pro and didn't regret. Coming from Barracuda Pro build and feel quality feels so much better. Wear them every working day for full day and they feel nice and comfortable

whenever I turn it on the sound quality is bad. I have to cycle through the presets to get it back to normal.

they sound like $30 headphones. the microphone sounds like $10 headphones. the synapse software is so unbelievably bad

I bought a pair thinking they'd be as good as the v2 pro that I've had for years and it was significantly worse.

It ain’t better than the Sonys but they do a pretty well job at cancelling noise out and are more than enough

V2 Pro was already right fit for me but V3 pro are even more comfortable and i can wear them for 12-16h no problem and the ANC is very nice

they're great headphones. I'm not an audiophile but they do everything I need them to and they sound great.

Reddit▲ recommend

So far they’re great, heavier than v2 but with many more features. Build quality (plastic quality, button feel, hinges) feels more solid.

Reddit▼ don’t recommend

build quality is poor, it feels nice when u use it, but the thing is u might need to replace them after a year

Reddit▲ recommend

I have these- they’re great. I’ve also got a big ass head and these are one of the only headsets that won’t give me a headache

Reddit— neutral

They are good headphones, nice battery, nice mic but the hinges are it’s Achilles heel aka bad quality.

Reddit▼ don’t recommend

the headphones will connect and then disconnect and you have to go into the by menu and manually push connect

the bass in the sidetone pretty much makes it non-existent. It's worse than the V2 Pro; like twice as bad.

Reddit▲ recommend

I was really surprised at how good they sound (yes, I'm comparing to Sennheiser) when listening to music and watching movies.

The V3 Pro have newer drivers with much better sound and the better earcup swivel mechanism
