Sihoo Doro S100

Based on 22 comments across 3 communities
TL;DR
Comfortable and well-built for the price with adjustable lumbar that helps some sit for long stretches. But the spring-mounted dual lumbar pads draw frequent criticism for digging in, causing back pain or worsening posture; runs small for taller users.

I recently bought a Doro S100 and it's very comfortable. Now, I wouldn't recommend it if you are above 6.

The chair material looks good quality for the price. Plastic are smooth and look sturdy, the mesh is solid and can hold my weight well (as well as my pregnant wife). All the pieces feel solid. And the assembly was very easy.

I recently purchased a Sihoo S100 chair and after 2 days of use there was staples popping out of the side of the seat. This caused one side of the seat to essentially deflate.

I have the SIhoo Doro S100 since a few months and its fin, at the beginning i liked it, currently i dont like it that much but have some back problems. For me the lumbar support could be a bit higher.

I just got the Sihoo Doro S100 and I've liked it so far. It's very reasonably priced and feels quality.

Well, I have the exactly same problem. To mitigate it I put a pair of folded pants behind these flopping flops so they no longer cave in, it makes it a bit better. But honestly, I should just get rid if this chair.

Having tested the S100, I sent it back after a week. The lumbar support is useless for me, and the two pads are a bad idea. As they're spring-mounted, when you put pressure on them with your back, they pivot and don't hold anything.

Well I just bought it but my ass hurts within an half hour. I will test it through the weekend and see if it gets better

I find the Sihoo Doro S100 perfect.

the current one i have is Sihoo doro s100 and it gives me a lot of lumbar pain

I do like my chair a lot. :)

I find this chair simply awful; it ruined my back. I'm not heavy or thick, and I feel like the lumbar “support” sucks my back in and forces me to stay upright, which tires me out enormously and makes me sit in a bad position. I used it for 6-7 months, and then switched back to my old chair

Considering its current discounted price, the Sihoo S100 exhibits more than adequate build quality. The chair feels solid enough that it won't tip over easily when reclining.

I bought a doro s100, I sat in it for 2 hours and felt my posture get noticeably worse. luckily I could get a return on it as it was still within the 30 day money back window. The upper part of the backrest sticks out further than the lumbar support which results in your spine being forced into an arched position

after testing the 2, I prefer the s100 because the lumbar support on the c300 wasn’t my liking as it kinda forces my body to curl in. Im 5’5” and weighs 60kg.

I have the chair and honestly i like it only is maybe its for smaller people i think my thighs are slighly big for it but definitely not uncomfortable and totally feels fine so im probably going to keep it

The Sihoo Doro S100 is a solid, cost-effective choice for those prioritizing basic ergonomic support over advanced features. It is ideal for home offices and budget-conscious users who want a great-looking chair.

I have a nearly 2yr old s100 with no complaints... Its one id definitely recommended to someone looking for a decent chair on a budget. $250ish rn

I sit on it for 12h straight easily, the lumbar support is a bit aggressive but I think it’s alright. Really happy with the chair. Especially the seat, headrest & armrests(for guitar) From my old gaming chair this is an awesome upgrade.

Got a Sihoo Doro S100 (replacing a Steelcase Leap v2) and I really like it so far - except for the headrest. I feel like I have to put the backrest up too high and then lean my head back too far in order to get any actual head/neck support.

i got the sihoo s100 a month ago and i have no issues so far. I used to have severe bad back pain due to my scolio and the lumbar support of the s100 is great in supporting my back. Recline is great too, especially with the footrest. I actually fell asleep in the chair lol

I really liked it compared to my old gaming chair. Nalessen di hamak yung back pains ko dahil maganda yung lumbar support. Though may backpains pa rin ako at the end of the day kasi I tend to work 10-12 hours straight ng nakaupo on some days lag sobrang busy. Height is perfect for me too at lowest setting
