The most common refrain is how long it lasts, with several people still running the same unit after 2-4 years (one since 2014) without issues. It's light enough to travel with and plays nicely with smart plugs and home-automation setups; a few note the fan can be audible and that it's really meant for small spaces rather than large rooms.
