“I however have recently noticed my Arlo cameras (Pro4 & Pro5S) have been missing events that it usually would have captured. I suspect there is some backend issue and Arlo support is somewhat frustrating to deal with (lack of real support really).”

“FYI I’ve got 4 Pro5S cameras running non stop for the past year without any issues. There are many of us who have no complaints with Arlo, perhaps other than the slightly higher subscription fees.”

“The Pro5S are good, but at times the compression seems questionable. I don't thinks I have seen that on my Pro3 floodlight. There are random connection issues. I can get it to reconnect with an alarm mode change, but if you don't have the alarm I'm not quite sure how long it would last.”
